Let's say that you stop promoting us heavily in
the third month and you generate only 1 sale for us. So, you will
earn a commission of $14.98 for that sale. Since you have generated
less than 2 sales for us, you will not earn any recurring commissions
on the $49.95 monthly payments made by the 75 customers whom you
have referred to us in the previous 2 months.
Now, let's say that you again start promoting us
heavily in the fourth month and you again generate 50 sales for
us in the fourth month. So, you will earn a commission of 50 x
$14.98, i.e. $749 for those 50 orders. Plus, since you have generated
more than 2 new orders for us in that month, you will be entitled
to receive a 30% recurring commission on the $49.95 monthly payments
made by each of the 76 customers you had referred to us in the
previous 3 months. So, the recurring commissions would work out
to 76 x $14.98, i.e. $1138.48. So, your total commissions for
the fourth month is $749 + $1138.48, i.e. $1887.48.
