LinkExplore comes with a huge and constantly increasing database of over sites on the
Internet that are willing to exchange links with you.
The database of + sites is classified into
20 different categories. Click here to view
the list of categories that are present in the database.
If you were to manually try and locate
these + sites yourself, it is highly unlikely that you'd ever be able to locate even a
few of them in the first place. Even if you did, it would take months and hundreds of
hours of your time before you would be able to locate some of these sites
on your own.
When you use LinkExplore, you get access to these
+ sites instantly!
Now, let's take an example to illustrate
how LinkExplore works.
Let's say that you have a site that provides insurance
quotes.
This means that you would want to exchange links with other
insurance sites and perhaps other sites in the financial services sector.
So, in LinkExplore, you can choose the Money and Finance category.
Now, as you may know, in order to improve
the link popularity of your site, you need to get links
from sites that themselves have good link popularity.
Links from sites that themselves don't have good link
popularity will not help you too much.
In Google, the link popularity of a site is measured by using the PageRank
concept. Higher the PageRank of a page, better its link popularity in Google.
So, in order to improve the PageRank and link popularity of your own site,
you need to get links from pages that have a high PageRank.
Until now, the only way to know the
PageRank of the sites you were thinking of exchanging links with was to first visit these
sites, navigate to the specific pages in those sites that contained links to other sites
and look at the PageRank displayed by the Google toolbar.
However, LinkExplore will automatically
provide the PageRank of each site to you, thereby saving you dozens of hours of your time
and ensuring that you don't need to waste your time trying to figure out the PageRank of
each site yourself. There is no other database on the Internet that does this.
There are hundreds of sites in
my database with a PageRank of 7, not to mention
thousands of sites each with a PageRank of 6, 5 or 4.
And there are even quite a few sites with a PageRank of
8!
This means that you will quickly and easily
be able to locate hundreds of valuable sites with whom you can exchange links in order to
improve the PageRank of your own site.
Also, the way Google's PageRank algorithm works is that more the number of outgoing links already present in a page that you are thinking
of getting a link from, less valuable a link from that page to you.
So, you should try to exchange links with
sites that have only a few outgoing links to other sites.
Until now, the only way to determine this
was by manually going to each of the sites you were thinking of exchanging links with,
navigating to the specific pages in those sites that contained links to other sites and
then manually counting the number of outgoing links present in those pages.
My software will automatically provide the
number of outgoing links present in each page to you. This again saves you dozens of hours
of your time and ensures that you don't need to waste your time figuring out the number of
links present in the pages yourself.
Coming back to our example of the insurance site, once you have chosen
the Money & Finance category, you can choose how LinkExplore will sort the sites that
are present in this category.
Since you want to locate sites that have a
high PageRank but have only a few outgoing links, an excellent way of sorting the sites in
LinkExplore is to choose Descending Order of PageRank as the first sort criterion and
Ascending Order of Outgoing Links as the second sort criterion, as shown in the following
screenshot:
This ensures
that you are quickly able to locate hundreds of sites
that have a high PageRank but only a few outgoing links.
Once these sites link to you, the link popularity of your
site will improve dramatically, which means that you are
all but guaranteed to get top 10 rankings in Google, Yahoo,
MSN and AOL for your most important keywords.
When you
click on the "Display Links" button, LinkExplore
will display all the sites present within the Money &
Finance category, sorted according to the Descending order
of the PageRank and Ascending order of the number of Outgoing
Links, as shown below:
As you can
see from the above screen-shot, LinkExplore provides you
with the PageRank, Number of Outgoing Links, and Alexa
Rank of each site in its database.
You can now start selecting the sites with which you want
to exchange links. In order to select a site, you can
click on the check-box beside the site.
Since there are many more sites than
what can be displayed in a single screen, you can click
on the "Next" and "Prev" buttons to
navigate the list of sites.
